As travel restrictions were lifted earlier this year, Amex saw this as an opportunity to resume building awareness of their American Express Aeroplan Card.
Amex’s brand guidelines are very strict and heavily regulated, but in tandem with Notch Video, we saw the audiences’ eagerness around travel as an opportunity to try something new.
After winning over both Amex and Air Canada, I developed the creative from concept to static final approval. From there I worked with a video animator to ensure the concept was correctly represented through animation and sounds.
As a result of the campaign’s success, Amex requested a creative refresh to extend the campaign. With travel restrictions continuing to lift, we leveraged imagery from exotic locations to tap into the travel season’s trend.

The Air Miles ‘Flight-A-Day Giveaway’ campaign ran from early January to mid-February with a KPI of contest registrations. Notch Video had developed social media video ads, but required HTML5 banner ads to be designed and developed to complement their digital strategy.
The campaign exceeded the client’s expectations with a significant increase in new program registrations.

The Pooches Playhouse is a highly rated, family owned dog daycare + boarding within Toronto. They originally operated out of their home, but in order to keep up with demand, needed to move into an industrial space offering both indoor and outdoor play areas.
With the big move, Pooches felt they needed a brand refresh to showcase their growth and better represent their business. With leveraging their original brand colours, I created a new logo and supporting elements to better showcase the energy and playfulness of The Pooches Playhouse.

Presentation Design
To wrap up year 2 of the Canada Goose and NBA partnership, Canada Goose looked to design a presentation that not only communicated the collection’s results but did so in a design-forward manner that would be shared company-wide.
By leveraging the look and feel of the campaign’s hero imagery, I designed a template that highlighted its moodiness and beyond-the-norm esthetic. With a heavy amount of imagery and content, the challenge was to ensure it visually told the right story and represented the last piece of the 2022’s partnership campaign.
Due to the nature of the content within the presentation, I have replaced the copy with lorem ipsum and have shared only a few of the beginning slides.

Every year the RBC Race for the Kids fundraises thousands of dollars to help support youth mental health. The race has not only helped create mental health awareness, but has also brought family together on what some still see as taboo.
The creative had a large impact, as the same media channels were used as in 2016 and there was a 16.52% year-over-year fundraising increase.
